Comfort and convenience
The "Elegant" residential block is a complex of independent apartments, located in the historic district of Kraków’s city centre known as Kazimierz. It is located on a boulevard with a wide green belt, which since the end of the 19th century has been called the "Planty Dietlowskie", in a two-story house built in 1884.
Built in an eclectic modernist style, the house was originally owned by the Triger family. As a result of sale in 1947, it became the property of the Wylęgał family in whose hands it remains to the present day.
In 1999-2000, thanks to the efforts of the co-owners of the building, the house was expanded and modernised. In place of the existing outbuildings a new, three-storey block was built with five independent, comfortable flats (suites). The courtyard was renovated, restoring it to its former glory.
The resulting complex includes 9 individual flats and guest rooms which can accommodate a total of 28 people. The apartments are carefully decorated and comfortably furnished. Each has a toilet, a bathroom with shower and a self-service kitchen with appliances. The rooms are elegantly and comfortably furnished. There is also a high bandwidth Internet connection available.

Convenient location
The complex is located at 81 Dietla St. The buildings are surrounded by a beautiful floral courtyard. Exit to the city centre through an old gate.
Spacious hall
Most apartments-guest rooms have a spacious hall (some using enfilades) linking all the rooms.
Comfortable bedrooms
In all rooms guests will enjoy comfortable beds, with bedside tables with a lamp, large wardrobes and shelves.
Digital TV
Taking a seat at the table in comfortable chairs you can watch programmes on satellite TV or listen to local radio.
Comfortable rooms
The windows in the bright and functional rooms overlook Dietla Street or the courtyard. The interior design is dominated by calm, pastel colours.
Elegant bathrooms
The bathroom has a sink and shower. We haven’t forgotten to include an air heater, and a cosmetics cabinet, a large mirror with a shelf, and towel hangers. The whole is crowned with appropriate lighting and a carefully glazed finish.
Functional kitchens
The kitchen is equipped with a double sink with a drainer, an electric cooker, hairdryer, a fridge and cabinets with drawers.
Wifi
Each apartment has high-bandwidth wireless internet.
